2018 Student work is published on the following sites:

To Create a Website? or To Create a Blog? That is the Question...

A Website:
  • Has different subpages for different content areas
  • Is meant more for viewing than for audience participation
  • Each subpage can be designed to look however you want it to look
  • You control where and how items appear
  • www.murchiebhs.com and www.bathschools.net are examples of websites
  • Great website builders: weebly, wix
A Blog:
  • Posts items chronologically, with the newest items on top
  • Often does not have subpages (although wordpress does allow subpages, to an extent)
  • Allows for audience comments and feedback
  • http://creativewriting2go.weebly.com/blogs.html explains and gives examples of blogs
  • Great blog builders: blogger, wordpress
Proudly powered by Weebly
